How to Spa - Enhancing Your Experience

All spa guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation.

All spa guests will be supplied with a robe and slippers, as well as a locker for personal belongings.

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accomodate your needs.

To better serve all of our guests, we request 24 hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling a reservation.  Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved experience/s price.

for the convenience of all of our guests, experiences provided through gift certificate packages may be used together or individually.

We strive to create a relaxing and enjoyable environment for all of our guests.  For this, as well as for safety reasons, we request that children be brought to the salon and spa only for an experience, or be supervised by an adult not receiving an experience.

Should any guest feel that they could be better served by another team member, or would just enjoy a fresh perspective, please let us know.  We are a team of professionals, supportive of our guests' needs.

We would like all guests to be pleased with every experience received. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we invite you to return to let us help. Please notify us within 24 hours.

Cell phone use is not permitted in our spa.

For your convenience a 20% gratuity/administrative fee is added to every experience at time of checkout.  If you would like to make a change, you may. Experience providers receive 17% and Joseph Christopher receives 17% to cover costs.
