But, if you are not satisfied with your online order purchase, you may return it by mail or you may return or exchange your purchase at Joseph Christopher (Long Island location) within 30 days of the date received for a full refund with original receipt only, and written reason for return.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Return Policy does not apply to Joseph Christopher Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, which are non refundable.
